Liz is the Director of Contemplative Retreats at Mount Hermon in Santa Cruz, CA. She hosts Women’s Reflective Retreats for individual attendees and groups wanting to experience a formative weekend together. You can also find information about her 5-hour, mid-week Sabbath Day retreats if escaping for a full weekend isn’t possible.

Everyone should be able to slow down, step away from the endless distractions, and breathe deeply.
